A:   Yes, you can order them after the item expires, We will be selling more on eBay as a promotion for a short time, although I don't know yet whether or not we will be running this special price or not. A:   which one? They didn't exist after 1986 when they merged with ICS I believe... We can have a diploma made for them but I'd have to research the logo unless you happen to have one you can email me...
